ACTIVITY SHORT DESCRIPTION
I got to do this experience for my classmate Gonzalo's SIP in collaboration with "Lanas El Gato Negro". This is a Spanish company that specialises in the sale of homemade wool and cotton products. They have also organised projects to help those in need, in particular, "Proyecto Solidario: Vendas para Leprosos" is a volunteer-powered project where people can make bandages to give to lepers. This is what my classmates and I will be working for. PREDICTED LENGTH OF ACTIVITY One afternoon in the "Knitting Club" with my classmates, plus as much time at home as it takes me to complete my bandages. CAS ELEMENTS INVOLVED

Reflections:First Reflection:
Honestly, knitting is not something I would choose to do out of the blue, or when bored, but after a long, stressful and intense week at school, that period spent with my classmates knitting was actually welcomed. It may be a simple process, but it occupies your mind when you first learn it, and time flew. It was actually really funny at times, as we struggled and messed up, but helped each other along. Look below for a gallery slideshow of the process and results, with my comments along the way! Final Reflection: |
